Biography
Yuan Wen received her Bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and her Master and Ph.D. degrees from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She previously worked in York University (Canada) as a visiting scholar.
Honors
2008 SJTU Outstanding Teacher Award; 2007-2008 SJTU Excellent Novice Teacher Award; The First Class Prize of 2006 SJTU Course Assessment Reform Award
Research Projects and Publications
She has hosted and participated in multiple national and ministerial-level projects including A Study of Government’s Financial Support System for the Development of High-Tech Industry in Shanghai, Development Strategies and Policy Suggestions for Performing Arts Industry Development, The Role of Market Mechanism in Innovation Resources Allocation, and etc. Moreover, she has published many academic journals in domestic and international core journals. Main papers include Research on the Effect of Export Tax Rebate under International Financial Crisis, Analysis of the Policy Effect of Luxuries Tax in China and Analysis of the Influence of Tax System Structure to Residents’ Income Distribution in China.
